Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

RxVigor is committed to transparent, fair billing. This policy explains when refunds are available, how to cancel your subscription, and what to expect after cancellation. Please read this policy carefully before enrolling. By enrolling in an RxVigor program, you agree to the terms described below.

2. How to Cancel

You may cancel your RxVigor subscription at any time, with no cancellation fees and no long-term commitment required. To cancel:

  • Option 1:Log in to your patient portal and navigate to Account → Subscription → Cancel.
  • Option 2:Email [email protected] with your name and the subject line "Cancellation Request."

Cancellations must be submitted at least 48 hours before your next billing date to stop the upcoming charge. Cancellations submitted after this window will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

3. Refund Eligibility

Full Refund — Provider Does Not Prescribe

If a licensed provider reviews your health assessment and determines that GLP-1 therapy is not appropriate for you, you will receive a full refund of any amounts charged. No action is required on your part — our team will process the refund automatically within 5–7 business days.

Partial Refund — Medication Not Yet Shipped

If you cancel after your provider has issued a prescription but before your medication has shipped, you may be eligible for a partial refund of the medication cost. The consultation and processing fee (up to $49) is non-refundable. Contact [email protected] within 24 hours of your prescription being issued to request this refund.

No Refund — Medication Has Shipped

Once your medication has been dispensed and shipped by the pharmacy, refunds are not available for that shipment. This is because compounded medications are prepared specifically for you and cannot be returned or resold under pharmacy regulations. You may still cancel your subscription to prevent future charges.

4. Multi-Month Plans

If you enrolled in a 3-month, 6-month, or 12-month plan and cancel before the plan period ends, refunds are calculated on a pro-rated basis for unshipped medication only. Discounts applied to multi-month plans are forfeited upon early cancellation, and the standard monthly rate applies to any shipments already received.

5. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your medication arrives damaged or is confirmed lost in transit, contact [email protected] within 5 business days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the pharmacy to replace your medication at no additional cost. Photo documentation of damaged shipments may be required.

6. Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact our support team before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card issuer. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in suspension of your account and access to your patient portal. We are committed to resolving billing disputes fairly and promptly.

7. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 3–5 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.
